What Foremka can do: free CAD in your browser
Everything it takes to go from the first line to a finished file for a 3D printer, a drawing for the workshop or a program for a CNC mill. Each topic has its own page that explains how it works in the program.
Constrained sketches
The solver keeps dimensions and relations between curves, and the degrees-of-freedom counter shows how much geometry is still underdefined.
Solids and history
Extrude, revolve, sweep, loft, holes and threads. Every step of the timeline stays editable.
Fillets and shells
Chamfers, drafts, ribs and boolean operations. Edges and faces are picked directly in the viewport, adjacent surfaces included.
Sheet metal
Walls bent up from an edge, hems and bends along a drawn line. The finished part unfolds flat, ready to be cut from a sheet.
Surfaces
A separate workspace for patching, stitching, trimming and thickening surfaces when a solid does not close on its own.
Sculpting
Subdivision modelling on OpenSubdiv: move the cage edges and faces, get a smooth solid.
Meshes
Load STL, OBJ, PLY and 3MF, repair, decimate and convert a mesh back into an exact solid.
Assemblies
Components, seven kinds of joints, interference detection, motion studies and an animation where the parts fly into place by themselves.
Technical drawings
Views, sections and details straight from the model, dimensions with tolerances and a numbered parts list. The sheet saves as PDF or DXF.
CNC machining (CAM)
Programs for mills, lathes and cutters straight from the model, from pockets and holes to smooth 3D surfaces. The preview shows the tool removing material and what is left to the model.
File exchange
STEP, IGES, BREP, STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF and GLB, plus DXF both ways and part nesting on a sheet.
Scripts and assistant
A modelling language with its own console and completions, next to an assistant that writes those scripts for you.
